I am Krisztina Konya, a London-based Startup Business Architect and founder of Holistic Growth Solutions LTD.
My work focuses on helping founders, entrepreneurs and organisations bring clarity and structure to business ideas and complex ventures. I work across strategic business planning, business architecture, financial modelling and investor-facing business development, examining how the different elements of a business fit together commercially, financially and operationally.
Since establishing Holistic Growth Solutions LTD in 2018, my professional journey has developed across business consultancy, education, coaching, programme development and international project work. These experiences have shaped how I approach business challenges — combining strategic analysis with an understanding of the people, decisions and practical realities behind them.
My project experience spans sectors including aviation, water security, hospitality, economic development and social-impact initiatives. Although the industries and challenges differ, the underlying questions remain remarkably consistent: What is being built? Does the business logic make sense? What resources and capabilities are required? And what needs to happen next?

One question sits at the centre of my approach: What would it take to make this work?

I believe strong business decisions require more than ambition. They require sound reasoning, realistic assumptions, financial understanding, appropriate expertise and the willingness to question what we think we know.
Alongside my strategic work, I am committed to practical business education, helping early-stage founders develop the understanding and judgement to make more informed decisions for themselves.

Build It Properly is a structured, live online business education programme for aspiring entrepreneurs, early-stage founders and small business owners who want to understand how their businesses actually work.
Across six interactive weekly sessions, participants explore their customers, offers, business models, financial realities, resources and practical next steps. The focus is on questioning assumptions, examining evidence and making better-informed decisions.
