I’m Krisztina, and I’m thrilled to be your guide for 21 days as we embark on an incredible expedition into your inner world. It’s truly an honour for me to join you on this beautiful journey of self-discovery.

We’ve all faced our fair share of challenges these last few years, haven’t we? For many, it’s been a time of big changes and tough questions—the kind you never thought you’d find yourself asking. You might be feeling a bit confused or unsure about what comes next, and that’s perfectly okay.

These experiences have transformed the way we think, feel, and what we focus on. They’ve made us rethink what really matters to us. Personally, these past few years have been eye-opening for me. I’ve discovered just how powerful I truly am, and surprisingly, how quickly I can manifest the good things in life. It’s like everything I wish for, everything I desire, springs to life in the blink of an eye.

Now, I want to pass that realization on to you. My goal is to help you discover your own incredible inner strength, to build the confidence you deserve, and to gain the clarity you need to move forward.

Course Content

Day 1: Setting intention
Dear Soul, Today is all about setting your intention for the next 21 days. This journey will be exciting, full of surprises and challenges. There may be moments when you cry, and others when you laugh out loud as you experience those “aha” moments. For some tasks, you may encounter resistance—a signal of a blockage that invites you to dive deeper and uncover its cause and trigger. Commit to yourself for the next 21 days. Stay focused on your daily tasks and be sure to allocate the time and space you need.

Day 2: Not the destination, but the journey matters
Today’s lesson is all about creating EXCITEMENT for the journey we call LIFE. The most important takeaway from today is that LIFE is about LIVING. We’re no longer living in the past, and the future is unknown. Instead of waiting to “arrive” somewhere, sometime, somehow, we should focus on living life in the NOW. This journey is about unlearning old habits and conditioning and building a “new” you—one that is empowered, happy, and fulfilled.

Day 3: Making your choices
In today’s lesson, we will explore the process of making choices. We make hundreds of choices every day, starting from the moment we open our eyes in the morning. So, the question is: What do you choose for yourself? Are your choices based on your own beliefs, values, and perceptions? Making choices is a fundamental part of life, and inevitably, every choice you make will impact your life. Choose wisely.

Day 4: Inner talk
In today’s lesson, we will dive into your inner talk—how you speak, think, and feel about yourself. By now, you’re likely aware that we create our reality through our thoughts, feelings, and actions. These thoughts and feelings form the foundation of what we call core beliefs. Our core beliefs shape the way we perceive ourselves and the world around us. They influence our decisions, behaviours, and ultimately, the direction our lives take. Positive core beliefs can empower us, while negative ones can hold us back, creating barriers to our happiness and success. Today, we’ll focus on understanding and becoming more aware of your inner dialogue. Is your self-talk supportive and encouraging, or is it critical and limiting? Recognizing the nature of your inner talk is the first step toward shifting it to align with the life you want to create.

Day 5: Gratitude
Today, we will explore the concept of gratitude. What does gratitude truly mean? Gratitude is more than just a polite “thank you” or a fleeting moment of appreciation. It’s a deep, warm feeling of thankfulness that resonates from within. It’s an acknowledgment of the good in your life, a recognition of the beauty in both big and small things. Gratitude is powerful—it’s the single most effective source of inspiration that anyone can tap into. When you cultivate a genuine sense of gratitude, it has the ability to transform your perspective, uplift your spirits, and open your heart to more abundance. Gratitude shifts your focus from what you lack to what you have, fostering a mindset of positivity and contentment. Today, we’ll explore how you can deepen your practice of gratitude and harness its transformative power in your everyday life.

Day 6: About self-love
Self-love is a concept that is widely discussed today, but do you truly know what self-love means? Self-love goes beyond pampering yourself or indulging in your favorite activities. It’s about loving yourself unconditionally and unapologetically, embracing who you are with all your strengths and imperfections. This kind of love is internal—it’s something only you can cultivate within yourself. You must understand that no one else can MAKE you happy, make you feel safe, or save you. Those are responsibilities that rest with you alone. True self-love means taking ownership of your well-being, recognizing that your happiness and security come from within. It’s essential to focus on your strengths, acknowledge your value, and fully understand your worth. When you see yourself clearly and appreciate who you are, you empower yourself to live authentically and confidently, regardless of external validation or approval. Today, we’ll delve deeper into the practice of self-love and how you can strengthen it in your daily life.

Day 7: What can you do today?
A shift in your mindset can work WONDERS. One of the most straightforward yet powerful steps you can take is to SET YOUR INTENTION. We discussed this at the very beginning of our journey together, and it remains a cornerstone of personal growth. Setting a clear intention acts as a guiding light, helping you stay focused and aligned with your true desires. Here are the key points to keep in mind when setting your intention: • Be CLEAR about your vision: Understand where you want to go and what you want to achieve. Clarity of vision is essential for directing your energy and efforts effectively. • Be CLEAR on your goals: Break down your vision into actionable goals. These goals will serve as stepping stones on your path to success. • Be consistently open to growth: Embrace change and new opportunities for learning. Personal growth is a continuous journey, and staying open to it will help you evolve. • Remind yourself daily of your greatness: Regularly affirm your strengths and achievements. This will reinforce your belief in yourself and keep you motivated. • Most importantly, always follow your heart: Your heart is your compass, guiding you toward your truth. Trust it to lead you in the right direction, even when the path is uncertain. By setting your intention with these principles in mind, you’ll create a strong foundation for personal transformation and success.

Day 8: Who am I?
Today, we will explore the profound question: Who am I? Are you ready to delve deep within yourself, to uncover the conditions and beliefs that have been limiting you and no longer serve your highest good? Are you prepared to step into your power and let your beautiful voice be heard? When you close your eyes and take a deep breath in and out, you enter the space between thoughts—a place of silence and stillness. This is where you can discover the answer: you are pure energy, a radiant light ready to shine brightly. You are whole and complete just as you are. You embody both the feminine and masculine energies, and you are divine in every sense. This is the beauty of walking the path of spirituality. It’s a journey of self-discovery and self-acceptance, where you recognize your true essence and embrace the fullness of who you are.

Day 9: Creating a safe space for yourself
You might be asking, "What is a safe space, Krisztina?" My answer: A “safe space” can take on different meanings for different people, much like the concept of success. For some, a safe space might be a physical location where you feel at peace, cozy, and free to be your true self. For others, it could be a group of people who provide a sense of comfort because they are non-judgmental, loving, and compassionate. At its core, a safe space is a place of relaxation and refuge from life’s stresses and anxieties. It’s a sanctuary where you can retreat, recharge, and reconnect with who you truly are. In this space, you can let go of external pressures and rediscover your inner peace and authentic self.

Day 10: Setting boundaries
In today’s video lesson, we will explore the importance of setting boundaries. Why are boundaries necessary, and how do we establish them? Setting healthy boundaries is essential for empowering yourself and protecting your personal space—emotionally, physically, and energetically. Unlike a physical fence or a "no trespassing" sign, your boundaries are more like an invisible bubble that defines your limits and preserves your well-being. Boundaries are crucial because they help you maintain balance and respect in your relationships, ensuring that your needs and values are honored. They allow you to create a safe environment where you can thrive without feeling overwhelmed or taken advantage of. It’s important to remember that our boundaries are influenced by various factors, including culture, heritage, family dynamics, life experiences, and personality. Therefore, when defining your boundaries, always listen to your intuition, trust your gut feelings, and stay true to your values. By setting and maintaining healthy boundaries, you create a space where you can flourish and live authentically, with a strong sense of self-respect and empowerment.

Day 11: How to be the hero/heroine of your own life
In today’s video lesson, we will explore what it takes to become the hero or heroine of your own life. We are now halfway through our journey into your inner world, and by this point, you’ve likely come to realize that the most crucial person in your life is you. To step into the role of the hero or heroine in your life, you must move beyond the old mentality of being a victim of life and circumstances. If you continue to see yourself as powerless, it's unlikely that anything will change. Remember, old ways won’t open new doors. Being the hero or heroine of your life means taking responsibility for your own story. It’s about making choices that align with your values, embracing challenges as opportunities for growth, and recognizing the power you have to shape your future. One key to this transformation is gratitude. Take a moment to appreciate all the blessings you already have in your life. By focusing on what you have, rather than what you lack, you can cultivate a mindset of abundance and empowerment, which is essential for your journey.

Day 12: What is sabotaging you to stand in your power?
In this video lesson, we will explore the concept of self-saboteurs. Did you know that another term for self-saboteurs is the “monkey mind”? The monkey mind refers to the restless, unsettled thoughts and aspects of our Ego that we’ve internalized over time—often as unconscious, conditioned beliefs. These thoughts can sabotage our progress and hold us back from reaching our true potential. Recognizing and understanding these self-saboteurs is essential because awareness is the first step toward change. Observation is our power to move and change. By observing our thoughts and behaviours without judgment, we can start to identify the patterns that no longer serve us and begin to make conscious choices that align with our goals. To help you recognize your self-saboteurs, here are some of the most common ones: • Perfectionism: The need to do everything perfectly, often leading to procrastination or burnout. • Analysis paralysis: Overthinking and over analyzing to the point of inaction. • Scatterer: The "maybe I will do it" mindset, where lack of focus leads to unfinished tasks. • Vagueness: Unclear goals or intentions that prevent progress. • Hopelessness: The belief that things won’t improve, leading to a lack of motivation. • Living in the past: Dwelling on past mistakes or regrets instead of moving forward. • Taking things personally: Internalizing others' opinions or actions as a reflection of your worth. • Comparing yourself to others: Measuring your value or success against others, leading to feelings of inadequacy. • Victim mentality: Believing that you have no control over your circumstances. • Complaining and making excuses: Avoiding responsibility by focusing on external factors rather than taking action. By becoming aware of these self-saboteurs, you can start to dismantle them and replace them with empowering thoughts and actions that support your growth.

Day 13: About trapped emotions and how to release
In today’s video lesson, we will delve into emotions, particularly trapped emotions, and how they can impact your life, mental and physical health, and overall well-being. What are emotions? Emotions are not random; they don’t just appear out of nowhere. They are generated by our bodies in response to our experiences, acting as signals that reflect our internal state. It’s important to remember that emotions, like everything else in this vast Universe, are pure energy. They flow through us, influencing how we think, feel, and behave. However, when emotions are not fully processed—when we suppress or ignore them—they can become trapped within us. These trapped emotions can linger in our subconscious, affecting our mental and physical health in subtle but powerful ways. Over time, they can manifest as stress, anxiety, physical pain, or even illness, disrupting our overall sense of well-being. Understanding and releasing trapped emotions is essential for living a balanced and healthy life. By acknowledging and processing these emotions, you can free yourself from their negative effects and restore harmony to your mind and body. Day14: About meditation
In today’s video lesson, we will talk about meditation. What is meditation? Meditation is a practice of focused concentration, where you bring your attention back to the present moment again and again. It’s a powerful tool that helps you relax, stay calm, and maintain your composure, even in stressful situations. Meditation is not a one-size-fits-all practice; it can take many forms, allowing you to find the approach that best suits your needs and preferences. Some of the common types of meditation include: • Spiritual meditation: Connecting with your higher self or the divine. • Focused meditation: Concentrating on a single point of focus, such as your breath, a candle flame, or a specific sound. • Mindful meditation: Observing your thoughts and feelings without judgment, cultivating awareness of the present moment. • Mantra meditation: Repeating a word, phrase, or sound (mantra) to focus your mind and induce a state of relaxation. • Movement meditation: Engaging in mindful movement, such as yoga, tai chi, or walking, where your movements become the focus of your meditation. Choose the form of meditation that resonates with you and start practicing. With regular practice, you’ll find that meditation becomes a valuable tool for enhancing your mental clarity, emotional balance, and overall well-being.

Day 15: Changing the stories in your mind
In today’s video lesson, we will explore the stories you repeatedly tell yourself in your mind. Often, we find ourselves trapped in a cycle of negative self-talk. We compare ourselves to others, judge our actions harshly, and fall into the role of the victim, believing that we are not good enough, not loved enough, or not ready to make the changes we desire in our lives. Over time, something develops in our minds that constantly judges everything and everyone—especially ourselves. But it’s important to recognize that these are not our true stories. These negative narratives are often the result of conditioning and external influences that do not reflect our true essence. The truth is that your story is beautiful. It’s a story of freedom, health, and wealth—one that is filled with potential and possibility. We must remember who we truly are and take control of the narrative. It’s time to create our own stories of success and abundance, stories that align with our true selves and our highest aspirations. By breaking free from the limiting beliefs and conditioning that have shaped our thinking, we can liberate ourselves and step into a life of authenticity and empowerment.

Day 16: Finding your inner voice
In today’s video lesson, we will explore how to find your authentic inner voice. When asked to find your true inner voice or answer the question "Who am I?", you might feel uncomfortable or uncertain. It’s not uncommon to struggle with this question, as it requires deep introspection and a willingness to peel back the layers of external identities we often wear. But the truth is simple: I AM—this is who you are. The "I AM" within you is the purest expression of your spirit, unburdened by external labels, roles, or expectations. It is the essence of your being, your true self. While your mind might find it challenging to articulate this truth, your heart already knows the answer. The key is to cultivate awareness, as it is your most incredible power. When you connect with your heart, you connect with your soul—with the authentic "I AM" that resides within you. Through this connection, you can uncover your true voice, free from the influence of others, and aligned with your deepest values and desires. Embracing this awareness allows you to live more authentically, with a clear sense of purpose and inner peace.

Day17: Abundance
I invite you to reflect on the following questions: What does abundance mean to you? How would you define abundance? Are you aware that you have the power to create abundance from an infinite source? Abundance is everywhere. It’s the natural state of the Universe, and all material creation is made of the same fundamental essence. Everything we see, touch, and experience comes from this Source. While we may refer to this Source by different names—God, Divine, Spirit, Higher Power, the Holy Spirit, the Cosmos—it is all energy, pure and limitless. To live an abundant life means embracing the idea that abundance flows from this unified energy field. It’s about recognizing that you are inherently connected to this Source, and that the same energy that creates worlds also flows through you. By aligning yourself with this understanding, you can tap into the infinite potential that exists within and around you, allowing abundance to manifest in all areas of your life.

Day 18: Let’s talk about money
In today’s lesson, we will explore money from a different perspective. Just like everything else in the Universe, money is energy. Success with money isn’t solely about knowledge, IQ, or financial management skills—it’s fundamentally about your behaviours, thoughts, and the vibrations you emit. The way you think and feel about money plays a crucial role in how it flows into your life. Remember: • Your soul is infinitely abundant—and because you are spirit, you are inherently wealthy as well. However, it is the Ego that creates feelings of financial limitation. By accepting who you truly are and recognizing your intrinsic connection to abundance, you can allow money to flow more freely into your life. • Your soul always seeks growth and expansion. Money is simply a tool that can help you create the life experiences you desire. When you view money as a means of supporting your growth and fulfilling your purpose, it becomes an ally rather than a source of stress. • Money, at its core, is just a piece of paper—what truly matters is the energy and mindset you bring to it. The way you approach money—whether with fear, gratitude, scarcity, or abundance—determines whether it will flow into your life or remain elusive. By shifting your perspective on money and aligning your thoughts and behaviors with abundance, you can transform your financial reality and create a life of prosperity and fulfilment.

Day 19: The most important things to consider
We are nearing the end of our journey into your inner world. Today, I invite you to take some time to sit down and reflect on all the things you’ve learned about yourself so far. As you do this, consider the following key aspects of our journey together: • Setting Your Intention: Reflect on the intentions you set at the beginning of this journey. How have they guided you? How have they evolved? Setting a clear intention is like creating a roadmap for your growth—it shows you where you want to go and helps you stay aligned with your purpose. • Finding the Answer to "Who Am I?": This question is central to your journey. Think about how your understanding of yourself has deepened. Have you uncovered new layers of your identity? What insights have you gained about your true self, beyond the roles and labels you wear? Knowing who you are is foundational to living authentically and making choices that reflect your true essence. • Maintaining an Attitude of Gratitude: Gratitude has been a recurring theme throughout this journey. Consider how practicing gratitude has impacted your perspective and your life. How has it helped you stay grounded and focused on the positive aspects of your experience? Gratitude is a powerful tool for attracting more abundance and joy into your life. Take this time to honour your progress and acknowledge the growth you’ve experienced. Each step of this journey has brought you closer to a deeper understanding of yourself and the life you want to create.

Day 20: The vision you hold for yourself
The most exciting aspect of personal growth is that the more you grow, the more aware you become, and with that awareness comes new skills and deeper insights. But without a clear direction, it’s unlikely you’ll reach your desired destination. Ask yourself: Where do I want to be? Where do I see myself five or ten years from now? Create a vision for yourself, and hold it close. Each day, ask yourself: What can I do today to get one step closer to my vision? Remember, the journey is just as important—if not more so—than the destination. The journey is where you learn, grow, and evolve. Know your “why.” Understand the deeper reason behind your vision. Why do you want to achieve this? What is driving you? Your "why" will serve as a powerful motivator, especially during challenging times. It will allow you to stay connected to your dream, to feel your future in the present moment, and to face obstacles with resilience and perspective. By staying focused on your vision and your “why,” you’ll find that the journey itself becomes a source of joy and fulfillment, guiding you toward a future that aligns with your true self.

Day 21: Celebrate yourself
Hurray!!! You did it! You’ve completed your 21-day journey, and that is truly amazing. You’ve shown incredible commitment and a genuine desire to grow, deepening your understanding of yourself and your inner world. I am incredibly grateful to you for being with me over these past 21 days. It’s been an honor to walk alongside you on this journey and to be your guide. The work is yours, and you have truly excelled. Celebrate yourself! Take a moment to recognize all that you’ve accomplished.
